YouVersion Bible App Passes 100million Download Mark.

According to www.christianpost.com, YouVersion bible app on 7th July, 2013 hit the 100million download mark. 

Pastor Bobby Gruenewald of LifeChurch.tv in Oklahoma, is the person behind the idea, to use technology to promote accessibility of smartphone and tablet users to the bible.

The Polls from the YouVersion community shows the following;

• More app users read their bible in the morning (44.6%), Afternoon (8.95%), Night (29%), and all through the day (29%).
• The most popular verse among the app users is Psalms 37:4 "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He'll give you the desires of your heart".
• 18.9% actually use the bible app when they are in the bathroom. Hope it doesn't get wet though.Lol.

I started using this bible app when i got my first blackberry in late 2011and i really enjoyed the fact that i could share passages,listen to scripture and bookmark favorite scriptures.

I'm really happy that the word of God is easily accessible and  we do not have any excuse not to complete reading our bible.
